Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Since our products are artistic and reusable stencils, we ensure each piece is checked before shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will replace it or issue a full refund after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized stencil orders and used products cannot be returned.
