At Stenve, we want you to love what you create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Product must be returned with original packaging

  • Proof of purchase/order number is required

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Customized or personalised stencil designs

  • Used or damaged products

  • Digital downloads or design files

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If you receive:

  • a damaged item

  • wrong product

  • missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method or bank account (where applicable)

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the mistake was from our side.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After processing or shipping, cancellation may not be possible.
