Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across selected cities in Pakistan.

Please make sure:

• Your contact number and address are correct

• Someone is available to receive the parcel

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to:

• incorrect address

• unavailable customer

• refusal to accept order

the order may be cancelled or additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for assistance.
